About Precision Sports
I want to thank you for taking the time to visit Precision Sports’ site. I also want to thank those who have either purchased a hoop from us or allowed us the opportunity to provide any of our services to them. The trust and support that is shown by allowing us to do what we do best is greatly appreciated by the entire Precision Sports team!
Precision Sports started and continues to be a locally owned business. It began in February 2004 as Sports Equipment Services. While going to school and working at a local sporting goods store, I completed my first job working out of a 2-door Ford Explorer with my tools in hand. It didn’t seem like much at the time, but it was a huge step for what would eventually become Precision Sports. With the success of that one job, I was graciously allowed by the store to provide delivery and install services to their customers.
After 5 years of running this as a side business, I knew I had to decide my future. So, in 2009 Precision Sports Services, LLC was born.
We have been very fortunate to earn the trust of some very important local companies that allow us to provide their customers with many of our services.
Of course, we could not continue without the hard-working techs we employ. A service-based business is not always easy and there are so many opportunities for all of us to learn from, but we have built a solid crew with some very hard-working individuals, that I believe to be some of the best in the business.

Meet the Team
Jason Del Valle
Shop Foreman/Technician
Jason has been with Precision Sports for 10 years. He has seen this company molt and evolve over the years. Jason is primarily on the Phase 1 crew but he is effective no matter what job he is on!
Dakota Dye
Project Manager/Technician
Dakota has been with Precision Sports for five years. His knowledge of institutional work and general craftiness helps him prepare for large scale projects.
Cam White
Technician
Cam is the youngest member of the crew. What he lacks in experience he makes up for it by being one of the hardest workers on the crew.
Cam enjoys playing basketball in his spare time.
Holden Whybark
Technician
Holden has been with Precision Sports for 5 years. Holden is a veteran technician skilled in both installing footings and installing the hoop systems as well. Holden’s jovial attitude is the glue that holds Precision Sports together.
Kyle Rottman
Salesman
Kyle is another point of contact for customers in our office. Besides Sales, Kyle is responsible for scheduling diggers hotline and clerical work behind the scenes of Precision Sports!
JJ Saugtad
Sales Manager
JJ is the driving force behind the sales and scheduling for Precision Sports. From connecting with customers to bringing in jobs for the crew JJ is the primary contact for Precision Sports!
Ryan Hubert
President
Ryan is the President and Owner of Precision Sports. Ryan started assembling sporting goods equipment and game tables on his own time in 2004. Five years later Precision Sports was born. As lead technician, Ryan helps consult the other technicians on the crew with his expertise.
Dave Grintjes
Marketing Manager/Technician
Dave joined the PS team in 2024. As a former collegiate and professional athlete, Dave has transitioned from playing on the hoop to building it! As marketing manager, he is also responsible for all the content on the social media accounts!
